The fourth indictment of President Trump is backfiring

President Donald Trump Jr., the 45th president of the United States, has faced never ending attacks ever since he descended on the golden elevator of the Trump tower to announce his candidacy for presidency in 2015. As Trump promised, he would begin the peaceful transfer of power if he failed to succeed with all of his legal options by January 20, 2021. Regardless, democrat Prosecutors across the nation have waited until a primary election to riddle Trump with indictment after indictment. On Monday, August 14,2023, District Attorney Fani Willis of Georgia indicted Trump for his fourth indictment within the past 4.5 months.

As if there wasn’t enough controversy, the results of the grand jury was briefly posted on the court docket, before the grand jury finished voting.  Willis released an 98 page indictment against Trump that has been accused of making free speech thought crimes.

It included 161 conspiratorial acts, 41 criminal charges, and 19 defendants. These numbers impress the legally ignorant. To most legal professionals, these numbers expose a weak case. It’s like throwing spaghetti at the wall and hoping something sticks. Much like the noodles curling confusingly on the wall, it would be easy to confuse a jury full of laymen into convicting Trump on at least one charge.

On Monday, at 11 pm at night, Willis was giddy when she announced the indictment of Trump. District Attorney Fani Willis alleged was a "criminal racketeering enterprise to overturn Georgia's presidential election results."

Willis had little to say about how the document was released before the grand jury was finished deliberating. What could have been a “slam dunk” moment for Willis, the appearance of impropriety by the prematurely filed document was too blatant to ignore. Willis may not be laughing now.

Soon after the indictment, Republican Georgia State Representative Senator Colton Moore made the move to call for Willis to be impeached, stating, “I’m not going to sit back and watch as radical left prosecutors weaponize their elected offices to politically target their opponents.”

“As a Georgie State Senator, I am officially calling for an emergency session to review the actions of Fani Willis,” says Moore.

On Real America’s Voice’s Charlie Kirk Show, and posted on Charlie Kirk’s X account, Newt Gingrich purported:

“I’m told, now this is hearsay, I’m told by a reliable source, that Friday evening somebody from Washington called the district attorney in Atlanta and said, “You have to indict on Monday. We have to cover up all of the mistakes we just made with Weiss.” And she said, apparently, “My jurors aren’t coming back until Tuesday.”

And they said, “You didn’t hear me. You have to indict on Monday.”

And she said, They’re not going to get here before noon.”

The unnamed caller said, “That doesn’t matter.”

She said, “This means its going to be 8 or 9 or 10 o’clock at night.”

“It doesn't matter. We need the news media to shift away from Weiss.”

Many Americans have flocked to the Trump camp after the raid on Mar-a-Lago, only to increase his popularity with each indictment. A disdain for unfairness and the cheering of under dogs is human nature. Anyone with a knowledge of history and human nature could have told the democrats this would be the result. They were told Trump’s popularity might increase and yet the power gain was worth the risk.

This democrat plan to use lawfare against Trump is a political and professional kamikaze mission, putting their lives on the line to gain power. Do not feel pity for them in the times to come. The impeachment of Willis will be her own doing, not some insider at the White House calling the shots. If she had an ounce of integrity, she would have defended the rights of the people and not the corrupted whims of people in the White House. Let us be honest, it’s the whims of one Joseph Robinette Biden.

During the August 17, 2023, Fox News Hannity Show, Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) was visibly emotional, a mix of frustration and an inspirational call for Americans to end the persecution of Trump. Some Americans believe the government will increase its targeting of the people. Graham explains the only way to end this tyranny is by reelecting President Donald Trump, Jr.
