Day 4 Trump Second Impeachment, eh-hm, "Clown Show" January 12, 2021

Day 4 of The Senate's Impeachment Trial of the Second Impeachment of President Donald J. Trump

Does anyone else finally feel vindicated by Trump's team playing out the full clips of Trump for the Left to see while their representatives sit in defiance against our President in the same room? Not one Dem jumped up to stop the recordings. Republican Senator Lee had to raise concerns on Day 2 because the Impeachment team used fake news to blame Trump for inciting the riot at the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.

One of the worse things an attorney must do is have to claim their own evidence is not true. The Impeachment team has twice the team members than Trump's legal team, and they are so comfortable to taking false news and running with it that they took no time to validate the evidence before their arguments. The Impeachment team used an article that stated. during the Capitol riot, Senator Lee was saying Trump was elated and asking for more to be done about the electoral college count when Trump supposedly called Lee on accident and Lee handed the phone during the Senator Tuberville. Bravely Lee went against the order that the Senators would be arrested if they speak and interrupt the trial. He would not let the House Impeachment team get away with making him a witness and putting words in his mouth.

After the House erupted in shock to Lee speaking for himself. The President of the hearing tried to argue statutes that did not address what Lee was saying. Lee did not want a debate over the facts he used statutes to argue that he wanted the fraudulent accusations stricken from the record. This event was deadly to their case. The Impeachment manager Congressman Raskin (D-MD) stood on the floor and said he would retract the evidence but that it had no bearing on his case.

Raskin could not be so wrong! Democrats brought attention to the discussed call to be used as evidence of the timing of Trump knowing when VP Pence was removed from the chamber. The admission by Raskin of this event as false from the day before calls in to question the testimony made by the turn coat Senator Tuberville. His testimony should be under intense scrutiny and cautiously relied upon.

Trump appointed attorney had a "drop the mic" moment when Republicans asked if Kamala Harris saying rioters should not stop and made her efforts to assist rioters in defense and bonding out of jail could be inciting violence. Attorney ))))))))))) approached the podium and with strong common sense answer he said, "Yes". He walked back to his seat and I could not stop rolling in laughter. Of course, the left do not understand how funny that was. They will say it is because he had no answer or defense for Trump. The question did not need to be a defense for Trump. The answer was, "Yes, Kamala Harris is guilty of inciting violence if  the "Raskin Doctrine" would become precedent in political speech."

Trump's attorney is a dry fellow, but when he makes a point he has driven it home. The expressions he makes toward the House Impeachment truly seem genuine. As a paralegal I keep asking the Democrats, through my cellphone of course, "What does that have to do with the legal definition and required standards of incitement?"

My last straw was when Congresswoman Stacey Plaskett said she felt it was racist and sexist to show black women politicians saying they would "fight" and "fight like hell" repeatedly being hypocritical. I am disgusted with the constant virtue signaling and victimhood women of the left push. I do not need to know the sex or race of a person if the evidence speaks true. I do not need politicians working with emotions as an argument when they use language that does not prove any standards needed by the charge.

For example, for Trump's free speech to become impeachable the Impeachment Team has argued no other argument but for the standards of "incitement of immanent lawlessness":

(1) the advocacy is directed to inciting or producing imminent lawless action, and

(2) is likely to incite or produce such actions.

When the Dems could no longer maintain the narrative in the news and polls that Trump said for people to be violent in his speech, the Dems have resorted to historical texts between Trump and his supporters going back years. We all know the Dems and MSM have replayed the small clips for years to prove Trump was evil. And yet the news never shows Trump say, "I love the KKK. I hate blacks." The MSM are always saying Trump is unabashedly proud to be openly racist.

Yet, there is no clip used as evidence that ever puts the two sentiments together. Why? Because just like in the evidence the Dems introduced to impeach Trump MSM has to edit and reorganize Trump's words to fit the narrative. Common sense about this fact seems to be lacking by the followers of the Dems on this incredibly ridiculous abuse of power I have seen.

I have seen some real abuses in Murkowski's Alaska, so I feel outraged by the denial of the President's due process. I feel outrage at the lack of Murkowski to stand up for a person's 'due process'. But this often happens in Alaska and now I know why it is allowed to be so rampant, the system is being ran by angry disturbed unprofessional lawmakers and judicial system representatives. Only one judge I met seemed to hold any credibility. He was a male and seemed concerned for a victim of domestic violence being abused by her ex husband through the court. He did not get to see evidence withheld by the actual defense attorney while the female was sick with heart disease, seizures, and an active duty spinal cord injury.

Her defense attorney denied her zealous representation and the State of Alaska and offices of politicians, like Murkowski, have let this stand and ignore child abuse that is being perpetuated on a child under the approval, by action or inaction, of the State of Alaska. The state could have killed this woman and her doctors worried for he health writing letters to protect her from future abuses by her ex husband. It is true, "If they can do it to the President, they can do it to you."

The hypocrisy by our politicians is insane to me. With what I know about the priorities of Alaska politicians is that there is no respect for due process and no adherence to moral and legal norms. I am grateful for Republican Senator Sullivan is not going along with the priorities of his fellow Alaska Senator Murkowski.

To end the day, Democrat leader Senator Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and Republican Leader Mitch McConnel (R-KY) motioned for the Congressional Medal of Honor to be awarded to Capitol Officer Eugene Goodman. He was the black officer that guided rioters away from the chamber where representatives were still hiding. Goodman was seen looking over his shoulder toward the chamber, then he pushed a rioter to distract him and guide the group to a capture point at the risk of himself. He and his fellow officers received a standing ovation from all in attendance.

So, those are some highlights of points I found interesting today. I hope you enjoyed and will leave your own opinions. Thank You!
